Donegal Women’s Centre offers a dedicated Domestic Abuse Trauma
Psychotherapy & Counselling to women in Co. Donegal and the
surrounding areas who have experienced domestic abuse (current, recent
or past) and need to deal with the trauma and trauma symptoms arising
from chronic abuse, intimate partner abuse/violence, gender based
violence and with the experience of loss connected to
separation/relationship breakdown and to learn new ways of moving
forward with their lives.
We are currently recruiting for a qualified, accredited
Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our Domestic Abuse Trauma
Psychotherapy & Counselling Team, providing Counselling/Psychotherapy
to women impacted by the trauma of domestic abuse, coercive control
and intimate partner abuse. Counselling/Psychotherapy sessions are
delivered both in person and online.
